What we collect
If you use the callback form, we receive the name and phone number you enter, together with anything else you choose to add, such as the service you are interested in and the best time to call you. We do not ask for, and do not want, any other personal information.
Why we collect it
Only so that we can call you back and arrange your appointment. We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing, and we do not send marketing messages.
Who can see it
The message is delivered by email through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, to the spa's own inbox. The website itself does not store a copy of your submission.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses the Google Ads tag so that we can tell whether our advertising leads to calls or callback requests. That tag may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work.
Keeping it
We keep callback messages only as long as needed to answer you and arrange any appointment, then delete them.
Your choice
You are welcome to call us instead of using the form — nothing on this site requires you to submit the form. If you would like a message we hold about you removed, call or email us and we will do it.
